Shipping and delivery
We ship across the contiguous United States. Stocked consumable lines ordered before 2pm Central despatch the same business day; orders placed after that cut-off, or at a weekend, despatch the next business day.
Transit times
Small parcel orders typically arrive in two to five business days depending on distance. Freight and pallet shipments — shelving, pallet trucks, scales, dock equipment — typically take three to seven business days and are scheduled with you before delivery.
Freight deliveries
Palletised goods are delivered kerbside by default. If your site has no dock or forklift, tell us at the point of order and we will quote a liftgate delivery. A missed freight appointment may incur a redelivery charge from the carrier.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight, dimensions and destination of the order. Oversized and freight items are quoted separately where the carrier requires it.
Damage in transit
Inspect your delivery before signing. If a pallet or carton arrives visibly damaged, note it on the carrier’s paperwork and photograph it before unwrapping. Email the photographs to support@deltadynamics.store within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or credit.
