When you place an order we collect your name, email address, billing and delivery address, telephone number where you provide one, and the contents of your order. We also collect standard server log information such as IP address and browser type.
Payment information
We do not receive or store your full card number. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor’s secure form and are handled by them. We receive only a confirmation of the result and the last digits of the card for reconciliation.
Why we hold it
To take and fulfil your order, to arrange delivery, to answer support enquiries, to process returns and refunds, and to meet our accounting and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
Our payment processor, the carriers who deliver your order, and our accountants. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

This site uses cookies to keep your cart contents between pages and to keep you signed in. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart will not work correctly without them.
Retention and your rights
We keep order records for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not obliged to keep, by writing to support@deltadynamics.store.
