Terms of service
These terms govern the sale of goods by Delta Dynamics LLC through this website. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of them.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance occurs when we despatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order where a line is out of stock, where the price or description was published in error, or where we cannot verify the payment or delivery details.
Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable sales tax, which are shown at checkout. We correct pricing errors when we find them; where a published price was obviously wrong we will contact you before shipping rather than charge the wrong amount.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment processor. Card details are entered into the processor’s own secure form and are not stored on our servers. Your card statement will show SQ *DELTA DYNAMICS.
Delivery and risk
Risk in the goods passes on delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guarantees; we are not liable for losses arising from a carrier delay outside our control.
Product information
Specifications, capacities and load ratings are provided by our suppliers and are given in good faith. You are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable and rated for your intended application, and for following any manufacturer instructions on installation and use.
Limitation of liability
Our liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for the goods in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
